Whilst a great shoe for kung fu, and one that pretty much everyone training kung fu wears, they aren't perfect. Feiyues are often lumped in with barefoot shoes because they are so lightweight, but whilst certainly minimalist, they are not barefoot shoes. So, if you're interested in barefoot shoes and kung fu, then Feiyues may not be your best option.
