In this issue, we will reexamine the Kochi District Court's decision to deny the former bus driver's request for a retrial, or a retrial, in the case of a fatal collision between a police motorcycle and a school bus in Kochi Prefecture. Allegations of fabricated evidence, which arose from a new appraisal, were dismissed as "impossible," but many questions remain about the reasoning behind this.
