Recorded live on May 8th, 2026, at the beautiful Koerner Recital Hall at the Vancouver Academy of Music, this full 60-minute Artist Diploma Year I recital features baritone Trésor Otshudi and collaborative pianist Maria Jung in a program of art songs spanning French mélodie, German Lieder, English song, and Italian salon repertoire. Presented as part of the Postgraduate Artist Diploma in Voice Performance at the Vancouver Academy of Music, the recital explores themes of love, longing, beauty, stillness, farewell, and artistic reflection through the music of Gabriel Fauré, Henri Duparc, Franz Schubert, Francesco Paolo Tosti, Ralph Vaughan Williams, and Michael Head.
