ジャンクDDR4ニコイチ修理

I repaired a pair of junk DDR4 memory modules. I hope this video helps you with your junk repairs. I used the following tools: *This list is general, so some tools may not be used in all videos. *Amazon links use Amazon Associates (affiliate links). If you're interested, try searching for the product name. ●Preheater 853A https://amzn.to/3JhbR8l It's a little cheaper on AliExpress. ●Heat Gun 858D https://amzn.to/3PRJlfn (No longer available) A cheaper successor (?) https://amzn.to/3TkD2V9 https://amzn.to/3voc0E9 One with three temperature settings https://amzn.to/3PnEKE0 ●Soldering Iron 1 Made in China (Used for cleaning BGA patterns, etc.) https://amzn.to/3RWR3GO It's cheap and easy to use with temperature control, but it heats up slowly... (Probably because the heater is for 200V, so it doesn't produce enough power when used at 100V) Low durability... ●Soldering Iron 2 HAKKO FX600 (Used for detailed work) https://amzn.to/3PAJOms Just buy this one lol ●Soldering Iron 3 goot RX-802AS (Tip sold separately) https://amzn.to/3yIQ0pg Station type. Heats up quickly and has a light soldering iron. ●Flux Liquid https://amzn.to/3ikgpBA Gel https://amzn.to/3OEpfV6 ●Solder wick goot CP-3015 https://amzn.to/3PyXD4Kœ ●Thermal camera Seek Thermal Compact For iPhone https://amzn.to/3z7fzMS For Android https://amzn.to/3jYa1R3 The resolution is decent, making it easy to identify heat-generating components. ●Thermal camera HIKMICRO Mini2Plus V2. Compatible with iPhone/Android (Type C) https://amzn.to/40Kuqfb It's a bit pricey, but the high resolution makes it easy to identify heat-generating components. I use it for photography because it has PC software, but the Seek Thermal Compact is sufficient for identifying heat-generating components. ●Multi-Function Tester LCR-TC1 https://amzn.to/3dZkwR0 I use it to test components such as capacitors. ●2.4-inch TFT Handheld Oscilloscope https://amzn.to/3pMQi6j I modified it to include a built-in lithium-ion battery (I'm currently using the OWON one below). ●OWON Handheld Digital Oscilloscope HDS272S https://amzn.to/3W37JhX This is sufficient for most junk repairs. ●RIGOL DS1102Z-E Digital Oscilloscope https://amzn.to/3vLwALj I use the OWON one above when measurements are difficult. ● Tester INFURIDER YF-90EPC https://amzn.to/3cDsZbL I use this to display tester footage in videos. Normally, this isn't necessary. In fact, I don't recommend it because the mode switch often has poor contact. (I occasionally disassemble it and polish the contacts.) ● Regulated Power Supply KKmoon NPS605W https://amzn.to/3cDaIvr (No longer available) I modified it so that the settings can be displayed on a PC via USB for video recording. I don't recommend it for repairing junk equipment because the wide voltage range makes it difficult to fine-tune. (It's especially difficult to adjust around 1V.) ● Regulated Power Supply WZ6012 https://amzn.to/3H2nRKq It can be connected to a PC via USB for video recording. However, since it's a module, it cannot be used as is. (A switching power supply and case are required.) I created the PC software myself. ●PTC Heater 260°C (Used for BGA Reballing) https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/100500... Although it is designed for 220V, it can also be used with 100V (although heating will be slower). *You will need to connect the 100V power cord yourself to use it.
