Top Flite Giant Scale P-47 Thunderbolt "Jug"

In this episode we get up close with Paul's Republic Razorback P-47 Thunderbolt. Paul built this model, from the TopFlite Giant Scale Edition kit, and paired it with an RCGF petrol 2-stroke engine and Spektrum radio gear. He finished the model in glass cloth, inlaying hundreds of rivets into the finish using a soldering iron. The model is equipped with Robart air up/air down retracting landing gear and a full-scale cockpit. Both Paul and his friend Charl fly the model with great panache.
