This time, I customized the car to improve comfort when sleeping in the car, so I added an interior light switch that can be operated from the back seat. I previously added an interior light switch in an empty switch hole next to the front air conditioning panel, but there were times when I wanted to operate that switch from the back seat while sleeping in the car, so I created a branch coupler wiring from the front interior light switch and added it to the side panel behind the driver's seat. I added it in this position, but if you make the wiring longer, you can add it to the rear cargo area or any other location you like, so it would be convenient and easy to use for those who need it. Creating the wiring is a bit of a hassle, but it's not particularly difficult, so I think it should be fine. However, I didn't have a male genuine connector, so I used an equivalent product from Yazaki Corporation, but some of the shape is different from the genuine product and some modification is required. I found modifying the connector to be quite difficult, so I recommend purchasing two extension cables with couplers and simply cutting one of them to make a branch wiring. To give a more specific explanation, first cut the male end of the extension wiring with connector about 20-30cm from the starting point and reuse the male connector wiring as is. Next, connect the cut male connector wiring to the genuine female connector that you have prepared separately, and at this point crimp the other long remaining female connector wiring that you cut earlier together and connect it to the terminal. This will easily create branch wiring, and all you have to do is prepare the extension wiring with coupler for the length you want to extend and connect it.
