hey thats no way to say goodbye (Leonard Cohen cover)

For ages and ages I just knew in my heart that the second I listened to a Leonard Cohen album I would immediately be a big fan, and I was right😛I love Leonard, I'm reading this book of his poems and drawings and letters, I think published posthumously-The Flame. It's really nice so far-and since lately I've really been cutting down my time spent on social media I've been reading so much more, which is lovely. I actually just finished reading the great gatsby, which I liked way more than I thought I would!! I thought it was great, would recommend With this love of Leonard Cohen established, I now have to say that I actually listen to the Roberta Flack cover of this song more than the original-I just really love female voices, and the clear tone of her voice I just adore on that song. Kind of like how I often prefer Joan Baez covers to the original-or Jeff Buckley covers lol This week has been pretty nice for me yk, my room has been unnaturally tidy which I LOVE, and I threw a party yesterday that went really well:) It was really nice to get all the people I love and to have a litty old time with them Anyway, I hope everyone has a nice weekend😼
