WRC SAFARI RALLY KENYA 2026 DAY 3 HIGHLIGHTS | Sleeping Warrior | SOYSAMBU | ELEMENTAITA |

Saturday delivered dramatic twists at the Safari Rally Kenya 2026 as several top drivers were forced to retire from the rally. Rally leader Oliver Solberg and multiple World Rally Championship champion Sébastien Ogier both retired on the road section heading to Saturday’s mid-leg service. Meanwhile, Elfyn Evans also retired after suffering rear-right suspension damage during SS13. The chaos opened the door for Takamoto Katsuta and co-driver Aaron Johnston, who climbed from seventh place to take the rally lead. It was a tough day for several big names, with Thierry Neuville, Evans, Solberg, and Ogier all facing major setbacks during the brutal Kenyan stages. Stage SS16, Sleeping Warrior 2, was also cancelled. With four stages remaining on Sunday, the battle continues to determine who will be crowned the 2026 Safari Rally Kenya champion. #WRC | #SafariRallyKenya 🇰🇪 ##wrcsafarirally #rally #toyota
