크리스마스 레드벨벳 케이크 🎄 / Christmas Red Velvet Cake Recipe / Cup measure

I'm going to make a red velvet cake. :) I don't think there is a cake that goes well with Christmas like Red Velvet Cake. The color is gorgeous and the taste is good too. As you can see at the beginning of the video, this cake is very soft. If you follow the video, you can make it too. I used a small amount of food coloring by adding red yeast rice flour, but please refer to the attached recipe to make it without red yeast rice flour. And for cocoa, please use natural cocoa that has not been processed in Dutch. (Hershey Cocoa Powder) Dutched cocoa powder is very dark in color, so a bright red color is not suitable. I made strawberry puree, made syrup, made jelly and cream. It has become an all-purpose sauce that gives out a delicious strawberry flavor. (You can also make it with frozen strawberries.)
