I have to attend all the staff meetings, subject meetings, and club advisor meetings, and the atmosphere is so different for each one. I'd like to have a meeting where we can laugh when someone makes a joke. There are tons of meetings held within the school, such as subject meetings with subject teachers, staff meetings with all teachers, and committee meetings for each department. And there are also occasions when we have to go on a business trip to a meeting! I'll reveal it all!! The subject meetings were small, so the atmosphere was very friendly. We even had tea together. It almost felt like a tea party. No fighting broke out, just a stable meeting. Relaxed atmosphere. Student Guidance Committee Meeting. At this weekly meeting, the team shares information and comes up with ideas on things like events, latecomers, and student guidance. Because we all work together, there's no arguing and it's a positive meeting. We even make arrangements for drinking parties. Staff meeting. All teachers attend this one. Announcements from each department are passed on in turn, and if anyone has a question, they raise their hand and speak up. It's a pretty serious meeting. But since it's such an important meeting, we prepare event materials for this meeting. External meeting. A meeting where the heads of the Osaka Student Guidance Department gather. For some reason, I, a Rattata-level novice, attended. I was surrounded by gorilla-like, intimidating veteran teachers. I was shaking. Each school was supposed to announce the number of latecomers and their teaching methods. I hadn't heard anything about that. Frantically, I calculated the number of latecomers while reliving it. Impossible. I had no idea. I gave up and gave my presentation. Defeated. But it was also a good experience. Teachers hold meetings after school when the students have gone home, or during classes.
