Today we are continuing the theme of color mixing and focussing on mixing greens, which we'll use to paint a lovely old oak tree in summer. As well as talking about color mixing we will look at how to paint or draw realistic tree trunks and branches, and I also cover a range of tips and techniques for watercolor painting, including using different brush types. Although this tutorial is centered around watercolor painting, the skills you will learn are equally applicable to gouache or acrylic painting.
