David Chipperfield in Conversation with Paul Goldberger
British architect David Chipperfield and American architecture critic Paul Goldberger will examine the changing role of the architect in society, and discuss how architecture and planning can better shape the city to meet the dual challenges of social and environmental sustainability. Reflecting on David Chipperfield’s 40-year career, they will talk about his early work and experiences in the US, while looking at seminal projects such as the rebuilding of the Neues Museum in Berlin as well as ongoing work in the US and beyond. This Talk is presented by Fort Partners, Raycliff and Dacra, and was filmed live at Design Miami/ 2023.
