Easy Cambodian Pickled Mustard Greens. របៀបធ្វេីស្ពៃជ្រក់ Ingredients: 4 lbs mustard greens. Cut into half sprinkle with generous amount of salt and let’s it sit for at least 30-40 minutes before washing to get rid of salt. 👉 Pickle Brine Ingredients: 3 quarts water. 1 tbsp sticky rice or regular rice. 1/3 cup salt. 👉 Stovetop: bring water to a boil to dissolve salt and let’s it rest until lukewarm before pour into a jar of mustard green. 👉Lets it cool down before covering. Leave on kitchen counter or outside in a shade area until it change color for 4-5 days or until it sour to your taste. 👉 Store in refrigerator after it sour . 👉Shelf life : 2 months.
