HOUSE TOUR por una CASA diseñada para un TERRENO IMPOSIBLE

This house is built on a steeply sloping plot in Toledo (the kind of terrain that deters many builders). The solution was to use the house itself as a retaining wall, taking advantage of the prefabricated concrete walls to integrate the house into the topography instead of fighting against it. The result is 200 square meters distributed over two floors, with a south-facing living-dining room, a separate kitchen, a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, two offices, a laundry room, and a custom-designed garden with a porch and swimming pool. One of the most interesting aspects of the project is how the house appears from the outside: from the pool area, it looks like one floor, and from the bedroom area, two separate floors are visible. The same house, two completely different faces depending on your perspective. Want to see all the images of this house? ➡️ https://theconcretehome.com/casa-en-t...
