discipline carried me through my worst week yet (the great summer lock-in week 4)

This might have been the most chaotic week of the challenge yet... So let's see if I stuck to it. 👀 This summer, I'm locking in 🔒☀️ I'm giving myself 75 days to become the best version of myself. Here are the rules: 🥗 Eat in a way that supports my body 💧 Drink 80z of water daily 🏃🏻‍♀️ Move my body intentionally every day 👩🏻‍💻 Do something for myself after work every day (no screens) 📚 Read daily (I'm also on a book buying ban for the duration of the challenge!) 😴 Go to bed at 10 PM on week nights ☀️ Wake up at 6 AM on work days 🧼 Weekly reset every weekend 📲 Focus on growing my social media The goal? Create sustainable healthy habits that will eventually turn into a lifestyle. The Great Summer Lock-In is my own version of the 75 Hard / 75 Soft challenge, created to push myself towards finally becoming who I've always wanted to be.
