Dating back to 1896, this fascinating site underwent most of its development between 1902 and 1907, with further work occurring in the 1930s through early 1940s. Known for its rich deposits, some shipments from this mine boasted gold content as high as 20 ounces per ton. In this video, we delve into the mine’s intricate multi-level structure, featuring levels 100 through 700, along with the remnants of a gravity mill, tramway, and breathtaking stopes and surface workings.
