Berbakti kepada Orang Tua: Jalan Menuju Surga | Ceramah Ustadz Subhan Bawazier

Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. In this study, Ustadz Subhan Bawazier explained the importance of Birrul Walidain (dedication to both parents) as one of the greatest acts of worship after monotheism of Allah SWT. Why does God always juxtapose the command to worship Him with the command to do good to both parents? Why does God's pleasure depend so much on father's and mother's pleasure? What if the parents have many shortcomings? Through the arguments of the Qur'an, the hadith of the Prophet ﷺ, as well as the inspirational story of Uwais Al-Qarni, this study invites us to reflect on the sacrifices of the two parents who are often forgotten.
