The project was planned by Yuta Satake of Around Architecture, and designed by architect Sho Nishihara (Studio Parmacon). Only the plumbing was redesigned; the rest is up to the residents. A shared "DIY center" is provided, complete with tools, materials, and architect's advice. You can screw into the walls, knock down holes in the floor plan. No restoration to original condition is required upon moving out. Architecture students, artists, and newly independent architects.
