Today's video is a practical demonstration of 'Lunge Training with a Hip-Dominant Pattern.' To perform this training, you must complete the following: 1. Intra-abdominal pressure control training from a local core perspective 2. Hip stabilization local coordination training (dominant pattern of iliacus, gluteus medius, and lower gluteus maximus fibers) 3. Hip-dominant pattern squat training 4. Weight shift sensory perception training To maximize the effectiveness of the exercise, it is best to proceed only after verifying your performance by completing all of the above trainings.
