Social bargaining is strengthening its role in local policies and is expected to achieve its strongest results in recent years in 2025. This growth is captured in the 2026 Report of the Social Observatory of Local Bargaining, promoted by CISL and FNP CISL with the contribution of the WWell Research Center at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, which highlights a progressive consolidation of union bargaining activity at the local level.
