I Found My Old Server Book, Here's What's In It
The other day, I was moving some documents around, and I found my old server book! It's my moleskine I used when I worked in fine-dining places. It has notes from several different restaurants, including notes I took during a stage shift at one place, and I'm really excited to share some of this information with you! There's some really solid notes in here that can help give people more of an understanding of what it's like working in these places and how to implement high-end service touches into more casual restaurants. I'm currently working on a training manual at work, and this book has almost everything I need in it. So this find felt like a big win to me. Continue following along, because I will also be posting shorts showing you, in more detail, how I, and my old coworkers, learned and utilized these techniques. I know some of it seems difficult, but it will actually make your life at work so much easier and smoother.
