Cape Breton Fiddling & Step Dancing - Chéticamp, NS Ceilidh
We LOVE Celtic music, so we're spending the summer in the Canadian Maritimes to attend as many ceilidhs as we can! This was shot in The Doryman Pub in Chéticamp , Nova Scotia, Canada on Wednesday, August 2, 2018. There's music there every night all summer... and practically everywhere else on Cape Breton Island, too. Sometimes various different musicians take the stage, and people in the audience are often moved to jump up and dance, either alone, or in small or large groups. It seems like everyone in Cape Breton knows how to play the fiddle or piano, and EVERYONE knows how to step dance!
