On Sunday I attended the Jane Tomlinson's Run for All York 10K for the first time! A lovely city centre course taking in York Minster, various quaint streets before heading along the riverside, over a rather bouncy bridge before a fast finish outside the racecourse! Big thanks to Up & Running for inviting me along and for gifting me with the Brooks Glycerin 21's I was wearing! I really enjoyed myself which is hopefully apparent in the video!
