చనిపోయిన వ్యక్తి కి ఉన్న భూమి కుటుంబ సభ్యులకి ఎలా రావాలి/Land Registration after death/Rgistration

Land Name Change (Patta / Pahani Change) Procedure: 1. Pre-requisite documents: Death Certificate Legal Heir Certificate (Inheritance Verification) Old Patta or Sale Deed Aadhar / ID Proof of Heirs NOC of other Heirs (if required) 2. Where to Apply: Apply for “Mutation” (Patta Change) at your local Tehsildar office or Municipal Office. 3. Procedure: The application should be submitted with the above documents. Revenue officials will conduct a site inspection and register the new name in the Pahani. 4. If there is a Will: Registration & change can be done easily on that basis. If there is no Will, then a Legal Heir Certificate is mandatory. 5. Note: This process takes 15–30 days. After completion, a new Pahani/Patta can be obtained.
