Camino Salvado 2020

The Camino Salvado is a trail that retraces the footsteps of Dom Rosendo Salvado, who was a Benedictine Priest and Monk who founded the monastic town of New Norcia. The Camino departs from St Joseph’s in Subiaco, with students and staff walking to New Norcia, covering about 80% of the distance (some distance is taken out for time and safety reasons). Being a pilgrimage, the Camino in its nature can be a deeply moving experience for those who complete it, both physically and spiritually. It can be a way to have an experience of our Catholic faith that is uniquely different, and put into perspective daily life.
