[Ahn Jung-hoon / Seongdong-gu, Seoul: "I did look into Jeonse, but since the cost itself is so high, I'm proceeding with monthly rent for now... but even monthly rent is too high these days, especially in Seoul, compared to other regions..."] Demanders are also appearing who say they would rather buy a house than take out a large loan to rent a Jeonse property.
