Lady Inspector Renuka (Original Title: Ramudu Kadu Rakshasudu) is a 1991 Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by Dasari Narayana Rao. The film stars Bhanupriya in the titular role of an honest police officer, alongside Suman and Rami Reddy. The film was later dubbed into Hindi as Lady Inspector Renuka and became popular on satellite television and YouTube for its gritty portrayal of a female cop’s revenge. Plot Summary:- The story follows Inspector Renuka (Bhanupriya), a fearless and principled police officer dedicated to upholding the law. Her primary antagonist is a brutal and influential criminal-politician named Bhairava (Rami Reddy), who rules the city through fear and corruption.Renuka continuously thwarts Bhairava's illegal activities, leading to a personal vendetta. To break her spirit, Bhairava and his henchmen orchestrate a heinous crime against her and her family. Instead of backing down, Renuka transforms into a "Rakshasudu" (Demon) for the villains, taking the law into her own hands to deliver final justice where the system failed.
