The Le SWEAT Legs and Abs Challenge is a 4-week challenge of 7-minute daily workouts. Each week we will release a new workout. The goal of the Le Sweat Challenge series is to encourage setting aside a few minutes daily and commit to working on working things out. EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THIS EXERCISE: Mat INTERVALS are one minute on, 10-second recovery. REPEAT each exercise for one minute and then move on to the next.
