Humming Breath for Powerful Vagus Nerve Stimulation | Extended 20 Minute 5-10 Breathing Session

By popular request — a full 20-minute version of the humming breath session that so many of you have made part of your daily practice. The rhythm is the same: five counts in through the nose, ten counts of quiet humming out through closed lips. What changes is the depth. Twenty minutes gives your nervous system the time it needs to fully let go — not just soften, but genuinely settle. The vagus nerve responds to sustained, consistent input. The longer you stay with the hum, the stronger and more lasting the effect on your heart rate, your tension levels, and your state of mind. This session is for those days when ten minutes isn't quite enough. When you need to properly land somewhere still. Inhale slowly through your nose for five counts. Close your lips and hum out for ten. Feel the vibration in your chest, your throat, the roof of your mouth. That resonance is the signal. Follow the circle and let it carry you.
