Brewing a Turbo Elderflower Cider for the Pinter
In this video I run through how to brew a turbo elderflower cider for the Pinter. Turbo doesn't, as most would think, mean high ABV. Instead it's the process of using shop bought apple juice to ferment and make a cider. Ingredients 4 x 1L of apple juice 1 x 1L of strong black tea (5-6 tea bags should suffice) 5g of dried elderflower 50g of brewing sugar optional - some lime juice My taste test of this cider against the Pinter's own Elderflower Cider can be found at this time stamp on my other video: • The Pinter - In Bloom (Elderflower Cider)
