Il mio ragù toscano (tutti dicono che è ottimo)

Everyone tastes my Tuscan ragout says it's really very good; so I decided to share my recipe with this video. Knowing how to make a good meat sauce is certainly something that leads you a step forward in Italian cooking: if you follow this video of mine, you'll see that you'll impress everyone with your fantastic ragout. But first, a warning: when it comes to ragout ("ragù" in Italan), it's good to be aware that there will never be a definitive recipe; it depends on tastes, traditions, habits. So I won't say that this one is better than others, I'm just saying it's really good. Ingredients ◾ two medium sized onions ◾ two carrots ◾ three stalks of celery ◾ two cloves of garlic ◾ a sausage ◾ 500 grams of minced meat (mixed beef and pork) ◾ 4 peeled tomatoes ◾ 700ml of red wine ◾ extra virgin olive oil ◾ salt #ragout #spaghetti #bolognese
