This week, we're talking about Buddhism. Today, I wanted to discuss the origins and philosophy of a religion believed by 500 million people worldwide. Whether Buddhism is a religion or a philosophy is still a controversial topic. Although there's no clear consensus on this, I believe it's a religion rather than a philosophical movement because it embodies many of the elements necessary for a belief to be considered a religion.
