The Ka Bar 1236 Bowie, is a sheep in wolfs clothing, from a distance it looks like a bad to the bone Bowie. but get it in hand and it feels like a tinny wall hanger, and the sheath is a crime against knife lovers, do your self a favor, Avoid it big time. There are many, many better alternatives for the money. If this was priced at $20 maybe it would be worth it, at 3 times that or more, forget about it. Ka-bar should be doing better.
