Don't keep the flower spikes for too long, when the first flower starts to desiccate, you should cut the entire flower spike from the base. This will help your Phalaenopsis get bigger and more floriferous in the coming years. 2. Water thoroughly. This is the key to keeping your Phalaenopsis hydrated and a well-hydrated plant will grow fast and bloom better. 3. Fertilize your Phalaenopsis thoroughly. Follow a weekly weakly fertilizing schedule for better results. You can use NPK 19 19 19/20 20 20, NPK 12 61 00, and NPK 00 00 50 on a rotation basis. Also don't forget to use seaweed fertilizer. 4.
