A life question often asked, "What were we born for? How to live a valuable life where sustained happiness does not come only from our daily convenience?" Nathrada found her answer through being a teacher and consultant in youth leadership development camps where she helps thousands of underprivileged students around the country develop their potential and encourage them to pursue their life goals. Nathrada will convince you why one needs not be a full-time teacher to be an educator. Nathrada Lekatanachol (Joy) did not graduate with a degree in education nor was a full-time teacher at any institute. Yet with her teacher-spirited heart, Nathrada sees problems in Thai education system as well as an opportunity to fix them.
