Why I paint my Skaven Backwards (fast horde painting)

How I paint my entire Clan Skryre army — fast, grim, and tabletop-ready, using a "backwards" reductive technique that works like scratch art. Flood the model with grime, then take most of it back off so the colour and light underneath do the work. Built for hordes: when every unit is 40 models, the method has to be quick.
