-- THE ROAD TO UNESCO - DAY 4 / 10 --

On day 4 Murray had to go sort he's rear tire again, resulting in us losing valuable early ho urs before the heat set in. As we started to make our way towards the Baviaans Lodge, we already had temperatures reaching high 30's. We stopped for a ice cold beer before making our way to the Rus en Vrede 4x4 trail, by this time the temperatures were not dropping, but staying steady high 30's. Climbing that pass was epic. Loose stones, some the size of baby heads, accompanied with a relentless ascend to the top, made for some fun and games. Unfortunately we had to make a group decision and return down the mountain, as even more difficult parts were waiting for us and the boys were getting tired. Unfinished business I would say... We opted to stay at another campsite of Ragelsrivier for the evening, where we had to privilege of Chris playing us some sweet tunes. Hope you enjoy...
