Discuss and receive a presentation regarding the Quarterly Financial Report for the first quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 for the period ending December 31, 2025 and the second quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 for the period ending on March 31, 2026. 3. Discuss and receive an update on the operations and management of Country View Golf Course for the second quarter (January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026) fiscal year FY 2025-2026. 4. Discuss and receive a presentation regarding the City Council's Five-Year Goals and Objectives established during the annual City Council Strategic Planning Session held on June 27 and 28, 2025, for the Second quarter (January 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026) of the Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
