Impersonating the Judge

The plaintiff says he’s a comedian, just like the defendant. He was supposed to do a comedy show in Detroit, but he never got paid. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says he often does an impression of Judge Mathis. He’s countersuing for defamation and harassment
