Here is the updated 2026 process, prices, and tips based on my experience and current rules. 📌 WHAT YOU NEED: ✅ RP Card / Residence Permit Card ✅ Valid Passport ✅ Passport Photo (digital photo code from photo studio) or Bring from home country before 2 days flight day according to European size ✅ Finnish Personal Identity Number ✅ Registered Address in Finland (usually after DVV registration) 📸 PHOTO PROCESS: Go to Prisma photo studio or any passport photo studio in Finland and ask for a POLICE PHOTO CODE.
