We journeyed to hidden petroglyphs in a way we did not expect (they said no, we said go)

In this week's video, we take young horses on a training journey through the stunning red canyon to find petroglyphs. It was a snag when we found the entrance to the canyon was blocked by private property. We came up with a plan to get around it by scaling the mountain rim. It was a blast seeing the country as our colts tackled the rugged terrain, and we hiked and climbed our way to the petroglyphs legally. The ancient rock art was fascinating and rewarding after our trip to get there. To make the trip even more special, we had a guest with us who shared a few stories from her time on a ranch in Argentina.
