Steampunk Style Mixed Media "Be true to You" Step by Step how to make this artwork on a mini canvas
In the third of the series I show how I created this artwork and in the process demonstrate a number of techniques , using stencil, distress effects, metallic wax , acrylic ink and more. The Motto of this picture is "Be True to You" The picture shows a partial almost robotic and partially broken face which is representing the person that is seen on the outside.Inside and 'hidden' behind this is another smaller face the true self .The picture is reminding us to be true to yourself and make sure what you present to the world is the real you and not what others think you should be. Let me know what meaning you can see in the picture. This was another picture that evolved in it's progress during making and I pretty much let the picture drive the direction it would take. I hope you enjoyed this video and will like and subscribe to my channel. regards Gary
