Date:1JUNE 2022. Shirakawa-go Japanese Village. The village of Shirakawa-go is located at the foot of Mt. Haku-san and lies in the mountains of Gifu prefecture in central Japan. The historic villages of Shirakawa-go, a UNESCO site is well known as a traditional village showcasing a building style known as gassho-zukuri. Shirakawa-go from May to June completely separate from the long and severe winter, and bloom with greenery and flowers at once.
