Cars: Hi-Octane 2.0 Playtest - .phy Overhaul (Santa Carburera McQueen)
He has amazing handling and a bit better acceleration at the cost of slightly lower top speed and small boost capacity compared to normal McQueen. His boost has a long recharge delay, but fast recharge rate. The mod in the video is "Need for Octane" mod pack made by me for Hi-Octane 2.0 mod playtest version. Need for Octane includes optional addons that tweak and overhaul physics, opponent AI, sounds and more. I plan to publically release it when the HO 2.0 update oficially comes out.
