The Humus King in Abu Ghosh

The town of Abu Ghosh in the green hills outside of Jerusalem is the "humus capital" of Israel. And the most well-known restaurant there is the Abu Ghosh Restaurant, owned by Jaodat Ibrahim. With a vision of coexistence, Ibrahim put Israel on the map by winning last year's World Record for the largest amount of hummus made at one time. By Harvey Stein
