¡TRAGEDIA EN EL PORVENIR! Asesinan a dos jóvenes en ataque armado; hay tres heridos en Atlántida

A bloody early morning shook the municipality of El Porvenir, Atlántida. Two young women, identified as Yarixa Leonela Murillo Gómez (20 years old) and Catherine Tatiana Oliva Bardales (19 years old), lost their lives violently in the Montefresco neighborhood of the El Pino community. The attack occurred while the victims were socializing with a group of friends. Armed men on two motorcycles opened fire without warning, also wounding three men, who were rushed to a medical center in La Ceiba. Among the wounded was the partner of one of the deceased. In this report, we hear the heartbreaking testimony of Catherine's mother, who was waiting for the release of her daughter's body at the morgue.
