Buffed Quad Cylinder & 7 Giant Jokers

Quad cylinder got a few buffs and both of it's red jokers were reworked. It went from a D/F tier weapon to A/S tier. This game won't show the baseline power that well since I ended up with an absurd amount of damage jokers but quad cylinder feels great and the far far west devs cooked.
