"Stand up straight" is not the way to posture correction: rather, it damages our spine and lower back tissues (muscles, cartilage, etc.). Hence, it causes back pain, groin pain and on the long term osteoarthritis... Actually, most of us don't know how to correct their standing posture... and if you cannot stand, you cannot walk properly either. In this video, I will explain how to correct your posture when you stand. In particular, I will cover the causes of lumbar lordosis, i.e. why you should not have your feet pointing outwards why your pelvis should be pushed backward, not forward why you shouldn't have a hollow back (aka excessive lumbar lordosis). Standing posture correction is at reach... you just need to exercise these 3 topics and you can reach the best standing posture, as many of my clients have done before you.
