Today we use Devil's Ruin in Rumble along side the new Monument of Triumph Catalyst and Mechaneer's Tricksleeves. Devil's Ruin always shined in its chaining potential, allowing you to win gunfight after gunfight no matter what. the new catalyst (Collective Action) allows it to reclaim some of that chaining ability it lost with your second firesprite making the buff last 20 whole seconds, I mention anything else with the build at the end of the video. also no it doesn't bring old Devil's Ruin are you kidding me.
