Production manager Job profile • Supervision manufacturing process and overseeing all elements of production in ours factory.- • Working As a Production Engineer • Planning day to day activities, production schedules and work allocation for achieving for monthly production targets. • Planning of man, material, and machine as per monthly production planning / requirement • Attain morning meeting and discuss about shop floor issues. • Maintaining 5'S and 3M on shop floor • Recording and maintaining daily production database and generating Machine Utilization Report • Responsible for Quality Production as per target with specifications • Controlling Rejection / rework with Monitoring & Maintaining process parameter • Training to manpower for efficient working • Appointed as a team member from production to work with development team for stream line the production line of bumper line. • Coordinating for the various parts development with Press shop. • Recording and maintaining Daily production report, Poke- Yoke sheet, 4M change, Machine parameter check sheet, Responsibility check sheet. EY RESPONSIBILITY • Set up approval of each process and checks the quality received from machine shop. • Scheduling meetings with relevant departments. • Responsibility of handling manpower of production level. • Identify training needs of employees workout effective training programmed organize in house training, providing motivational and communicating training. • Ensure all safety guidelines are being followed in plant to avoid accidents and health’s hazards to worker and environment aspects are taken care off. • Drawing up production schedule and providing micro level data on day to day basis and maintain records of them. • Responsibility of preparing daily production report as per project to be run.
